Submission Requirements
• Theme Phrase – A short, impactful tagline that captures the spirit of recovery, service, and unity.
• Theme Description – 50–200 word explanation of how your theme reflects NA’s primary purpose.
• Logo Artwork – Submit your original design in the following formats:
Vector: .AI or .EPS (preferred) If hand drawn take a clear photo & we can work with that.
• Raster: High-res PNG (transparent background) + JPG
Include both color and black/white (single-color) versions
• Original Work Statement – Confirm your submission is original and free of copyrighted or trademarked
material; rights are assigned to the Convention Committee upon selection.
• Contact Info – Include your name, phone/email.

File Size/Format – Ensure files are print-quality and reasonably sized for email submission.
